Using Flash is extremely easy to use. It has all that you need, and if you need more capabilities, you can always use extensions. You can always reach the keyboard for shortcuts easier and you can navigate easily (especially with Animate CC 2020 and onward), and if you have been animating in it for a long time (like me), you probably know almost too much about Flash.
